The latest headcount is 143 family members representing 52 households!

Here’s one last update before we gather at Margaritaville. Of course, do not hesitate to reach out to any of the committee members with your questions.

Thanks to all who have submitted requests for the Memorial Table and Celebration of Life Events. This is the LAST CALL. Please forward your emails no later than Thursday, July 8th.
The revised Schedule is attached and has a noteworthy change. Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church had a Priest change on 6/30 and Fr. Medina’s schedule will not allow him to come to the resort for mass on Wednesday. He cordially invited us to the 8 am mass on Thursday and moved the mass to the main worship space to accommodate our over-sized family. 🙂 Let’s have a great turnout to show our appreciation to Fr. Medina.
Confirmation of your RSVP’s and prepayment of activity costs is progressing very well, with only about 10 outstanding responses. THANK YOU! Just a reminder, we would like to have your replies by Wednesday, July 7th.
The 2021 family cookbook is coming together nicely with several contributors and lots of new recipes. We’ll continue to take recipe submittals through July. Watch for more details at the Reunion on how to get your signon for the online version of the 2005 and 2008 cookbooks.

That’s it. The hay’s in the barn! Travel safely and we look forward to seeing many of you next week.

Our Reunion is rapidly approaching and to help you make final plans for the week here are 7 FAQ’s. We hope you find this helpful and don’t hesitate to contact any committee member with additional questions.

1) How many family members do we expect?

Currently RSVP’s for dinner are 133! 104 adults & 29 kids. Grandma & Grandpa Beanie are smiling. 😇😇

2) What color shirt do I wear for the family picture?

This year the color assignments have a twist. Each individual will wear a color assigned by the decade they were born. See the list below. Please wear your preferred style of shirt and the color doesn’t need to be an exact match, just something in that shade.

3) How do I signup for the Game Show, Cornhole Tournament, Poker Tournament, &/or Roberts Cup?

There will be signup sheets in the hospitality suite

3) Is it too late to change my activity selections?

No. We will be closing the SignUpGenius, so if you need to make changes, please contact Craig directly.

4) Are we pre-paying for activities again this year?

Yes. Watch your email for a summary confirmation of your selected activities and instructions on how to send payment.

5) Do we have enough baskets?

Yes and no. Response for basket donations has been great again this year. We could improve our mix between adult, teen, & kids. If you were thinking about bringing another basket, we would ask you make it a teen theme.

6) What are the deadlines to contribute to the 3 family projects?
